Cancelling an Event
- Please note that you can only CANCEL an event that is at least 10 minutes into the future.
Simply click on "Reporting" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "Sent / Queued" option and follow these easy steps:
Select the "HTTP/SOAP" option on your screen. You can then enter your specific Event ID for the scheduled message(s) in the "Event ID" field, and click on "Search" to the right of your screen. Your scheduled message(s) for that specific Event ID will be displayed and you can then click on the "Cancel" button to completely cancel the message(s), as seen below:
Once you have confirmed the cancellation, your scheduled event will be cancelled completely.
- Once you have cancelled your scheduled messages, your credits will be returned to your account.
- A scheduled message cannot be edited. You will need to cancel it completely and reschedule it should you need to make any changes.
