SOAP/HTTP - Cancelling a Scheduled Message
Simply click on "Reporting" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "Sent/Queued" option and follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Search
Select the "HTTP/SOAP" option on your screen and continue to enter your specific Event ID for the scheduled message(s) in the "Event ID" field.
Step 2: Cancel
Click on the "Cancel" button to completely cancel the message(s).
Important Information
- Once you have cancelled your scheduled messages, your credits will be refunded to your account.
- A scheduled message cannot be edited. You will need to cancel it completely and reschedule it, should you need to make any changes.
Cancelling an Event
- Please note that you can only CANCEL an event that is at least 10 minutes into the future.
