Sending Limits


Simply click on "Sub Accounts" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "List" option and follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Select your Sub Account

Select the specific Sub Account you would like to apply these changes to, by clicking on the "Actions" icon to the right of the specific Sub Account and selecting "Settings".

Step 2: Select a User / Channel

Choose the Web User or API Channel to apply a sending limit to, by clicking on the preferred User/Channel under the "Users and API Keys" field to the left of your screen.

Step 3: Set your Sending Limit

Click on the "Sending Limits" tab to the top of your screen, and apply the relevant settings.

Important Information

  • Enabling this setting will limit the number of messages sent through this Web User / API Key within the specified time period.
