Viewing your Sent/Queued Messages (Website/FTP)

The following guide will show you how to view your website or FTP sent and queued messages on your account.

SOAP & HTTP Channels

  • Please note the data displayed below relates to messages sent via the Website and FTP channels only. For SOAP and HTTP channels please download a Date Range report.

Simply click on "Reporting" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "Sent/Queued" option and follow these easy steps:

Step 1:

Select the specific date range for the sent or queued messages and click on "Search" to the right of your screen, as seen below:

Once the above has been selected, a list of all your sent or queued messages will appear for the specified date range. You then have the option of viewing a short summary of the delivery status of a specific sent item by clicking on the "View" button to the right of the specific message.

You can view or download a CSV document containing all the information about a specific campaign by clicking on the "Download CSV" button on the delivery status page, as seen below:

Important Information

  • You have the option of downloading a complete list of all your sent messages or a list of messages specific to the delivery status provided by the networks by making the specific selection on the drop down menu.
